Complaints and Feedback Procedure

Take a seat.

How to raise a concern

If you have a concern about any content published on Jack Lack’s Listening Chair, or about any aspect of your experience as a participant or reader, you are welcome to raise it directly with the Project.

All concerns are received by CORMS Ltd on behalf of the Tamaroa Trust and are treated with care and respect.

To raise a concern, write to:

jack@jacklackslisteningchair.com

Please describe your concern as clearly as you can. You do not need to use formal language or follow any particular format. You will receive an acknowledgement of your message within five working days.

What happens after you raise a concern

Your concern will be read carefully and considered on its merits. Where a concern relates to published content, that content will be reviewed against the Editorial Policy and the standards committed to on this site.

You will receive a substantive response within twenty working days of your initial message. If more time is needed, you will be told why and given a revised timeframe.

The Project will tell you what, if anything, it proposes to do in response to your concern. Where a correction or amendment is made as a result of your concern, you will be told.

What this procedure does not cover

This procedure covers concerns about content published on this site and about the conduct of the Project and its representatives. It does not provide a mechanism for withdrawing consent after publication or after delivery of a personal copy of a recording, obtaining editorial control over published content, or pursuing legal claims. If you believe you have a legal claim arising from content published on this site, you should seek independent legal advice.

Jack Lack’s Listening Chair is always here, as is your welcome.
